CHRO.nl and Personio are bringing together a carefully selected group of senior HR leaders for a private evening at Hemel & Aarde, a restaurant in Utrecht featured in the Michelin Guide. A sommelier-led wine tasting and a thoughtfully curated dinner provide the setting for open conversations and new connections within the CHRO community.

The evening begins with a tasting of specially selected wines. Your sommelier will introduce the stories, craftsmanship and character behind each bottle. This shared experience offers a natural way to connect and sets the tone for the dinner that follows.

At the table, the conversation will centre on HR’s role in AI transformation. How is AI reshaping work and the skills organisations need? What does this demand of leaders? And how do you involve people in a transformation whose outcome is still uncertain?

The theme provides a starting point, while your experiences and questions shape the conversation. There will be room to discuss opportunities and dilemmas, exchange perspectives and hear how peers are guiding this change within their organisations.
